Our platform provides access to educational content, courses, and resources related to 3D design, modeling, animation, and visualization. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
When you create an account with Phrixouphitia, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use our platform to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Phrixouphitia or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Upon enrollment in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the course content without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the 3D models, animations, and other creative work you produce while taking our courses. However, by submitting work to our platform for review, showcase, or community sharing, you grant Phrixouphitia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote your work as part of our educational community.
All course fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and must be paid in full before accessing course materials. Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and may vary by course or program.
Phrixouphitia provides educational services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our platform or course content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
